Position Summary: This position will act as an assistant to the head coach for the indoor and outdoor track and field and cross-country teams. The position is designed to provide coaches with a rich blend of coaching and administrative experience at a competitive NCAA, Division III private college. This 10-month, administrative, full-time position. Essential Functions of the Position: Teach proper techniques in position groups assigned by the head coach and assess skill development. Preference is for strong knowledge of sprints, hurdles and jumps. Instruct concepts of overall physical health and safety for both individuals and the team.
