JOB PURPOSE This position assists the Ticket Manager with all aspects of the Ticket Office for the Athletic Department. Assist with supervision of student workers and work in collaboration with External Operations staff and Athletic Development leadership on events. TICKET OPERATIONS – 50% Assist in oversight of the Ticket Office day-to-day operations, as well as the sale and distribution of tickets to all home and select away athletic events and select non-athletic events in the McCarthey Athletic Center Administer game day ticket operations for assigned soccer, volleyball, basketball and baseball events Use Paciolan ticketing system in assisting with ticket and donation reconciliations, cash management, data entry, and event ope
