Drake University is seeking an individual to serve as the first assistant coach of the softball program. This includes assisting with recruitment, practice sessions, scheduling and operations management. A key area of responsibility will be play development of principles and skills. Incumbent must be dedicated to the academic, athletic, and personal development of student-athletes and promote the mission and values of Drake University and Drake Athletics. Assist in the development and execution of effective practice and competition plans.
