Job Purpose: Manages the operational, financial and personnel functions of the Athletic Ticket Office.
Duties and Responsibilities •Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Athletic Ticket Office as directed. •Coordinates ticket operations for home football and basketball games, including event reconciliation and reporting. •Coordinates ticket operations for Olympic sporting events and non-athletic events; provides staffing and scheduling of support services staff, event reconciliation and management reporting. •Supervises customer services functions and assists in resolving problems; reports issues of concern to supervisor. •Develops all ticket policies, procedures and practices. •Works with Marketing and Branding Department in development of ticket sales plan including, but not li
