Job Description This position is responsible for the overall support operation of the Vanderbilt Men's & Women's Cross Country teams and the Women's Track & Field program, including but not limited to the day-to-day operation of the program, team travel, recruiting logistics, and home meet management Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for the overall support operation of the Vanderbilt Men's & Women's Cross Country teams and the Women's Track & Field program, including but not limited to the day-to-day operation of the program, team travel, recruiting logistics, and home meet management Works directly with compliance office to ensure adherence to NCAA regulations in its operation Plans and executes all aspects of team travel Collaborate with coaching staff and event management personnel to oversee the execution of all home meets Work in conjunction with coaching staff to plan and execute logistics of official and unofficial recruiting visits Oversee and direct all special events as assigned Represent the football program and Vanderbilt Athletic Department in a professional manner Comply with NCAA and SEC rules and regulations Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is necessary. Prior experience with Division I Cross Country/Track & Field strongly preferred. Organized, detail oriented, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is necessary. Strong communication skills are necessary.
