The Head Coach/Director, Men’s & Women’s Track & Field, Cross Country directs the overall management and administration of the University’s Division I intercollegiate Men’s & Women’s Track & Field and Cross Country programs. Responsibilities typically include some or all of the following: provide leadership in program priorities and initiatives; administer program budget; develop and implement short and long-term goals for the program; and establish multi-year recruiting plan.
Full-Time: salary commensurate with relevant experience.
3-5 years of successful head coaching experience of a track program, at the college level, (preferably Division 1)
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Current CPR certification.
