Job Summary: This person will assist in the administration of intercollegiate athletics programs under the supervision of the Vice President, Student Development & Operations/Director of Athletics.  Emphasis will be placed on assisting the athletic department with event management for home events and will require some travel to away events.  In addition, this person will assist coaching staffs in developing and implementing a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for each athletic team and assist in oversight of strength and conditioning sessions, injury prevention, scheduling of facilities, equipment inventory, and monitoring of student-athletes physical progress.  This person is re
