The mission of the OSU Department of Athletics is to Go Build Excellent, Authentic, Visionary Student-Athletes (GO B.E.A.V.S.). Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, the Director of Compliance assists in ensuring compliance with all University, PAC-12 Conference and NCAA rules and regulations governing intercollegiate athletics, including, but not limited to financial aid, recruiting, housing, and student benefits. Decision Making Guidelines: Must abide by all OSU/OUS rules and regulations. Must abide by NCAA and PAC-12 Conference rules and regulations. Must abide and understand Federal regulations regarding financial aid awards. This position requires a clear and unambiguous commitment to compliance of all National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA)
