Under general direction of the Head Track & Field and Cross Country Coach, the coach will assist with all aspects of an NCAA D-II Men’s and Women’s Track and Field and Cross Country program in accordance with NCAA, Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC), and Hillsdale College policies and regulations. Areas of responsibility include: coaching sprint/hurdle event specific athletes, student-athlete development, recruiting, travel, and equipment/apparel; adherence to NCAA/GMAC legislation, home meet management, facility maintenance, fundraising, and other duties as assigned.  Full-time, 12-month position with College benefits package.
