Director of Football Strength & Conditioning Lafayette College Athletics is accepting applications for Director of Football Strength and Conditioning. This position reports to the Assistant Athletic Director for Peak Performance/Head Strength & Conditioning Coach with a dotted line to the Head Football Coach. The position is responsible for the oversight of all the football program’s strength and conditioning needs.  Duties include the following: Maintain national professional strength and conditioning certifications Execute all duties and responsibilities within Lafayette College, Patriot League and NCAA rules and regulations
