Reporting to the Associate Director of Athletics, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction and organization of the softball program, the recruitment and retention of academically and athletically qualified student athletes, supervision of coaching staff, practice planning, player skill/leadership development, fiscal responsibility of the program and alumni cultivation.
