The position will be responsible for assisting the Head Men’s Soccer Coach in the areas of coaching, recruiting, academic oversight, practice planning, game planning, field maintenance, alumni engagement, as well as video and computer technology. The position may also serve as the team’s Strength and Conditioning coach. Other duties may be assigned by the Executive Director of Intercollegiate Athletics.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate they have:

• earned a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred
• one to three years of successful collegiate coaching experience, preferably NCAA Division III
• ability in organizational and instructional aspects of coaching soccer
• ability to recruit and retain student-athletes in the environment of an academically demanding liberal arts institution, with ability to abide by all NCAA Division III, Centennial Conference and institutional policies
• proficiency with technology applications applicable to the position

This is a three-year position scheduled to continue through May 2025 reporting to the head men’s soccer coach. There may be an opportunity for renewal beyond the three years. Salary is commensurate with experience and complemented by an excellent benefits package.
