This position is a two-year position with the candidate pursuing a graduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan.

Compensation includes tuition, housing, and a stipend.

This position will begin on August 15th or earlier.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assists teams in away game travel
• Serves as the liaison to CoachUSA and SportTravel for all teams
• Reconciles payments for game officials
• Input expenses into budgeting management system
• Assists the business office with purchase orders
• Helps in the planning and budgeting of special events such as the Hall of Fame and student-athlete awards
• Creates a visiting team and visitor guide
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements and preferred qualifications:

• Earned Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
• Enrollment and/or acceptance in a Fairleigh Dickinson University graduate program for Fall term 2022
• At least one year of relevant athletic experience (volunteer/hourly will be considered)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including both verbal and written
• Ability to work nights and weekends
