Assist in organizing and conducting team practices, conditioning, and workouts. Help monitor the academic progress of student-athletes. Possibly conduct study halls. Assist in recruiting potential student-athletes to Union University. Demonstrate leadership, sportsmanship, and conduct becoming of the teaching, coaching, and/or business profession. Assist in the organization of team camps; marketing team camps; recruiting campers; assisting in budget preparation for the camps, including managing camp income generated by registration, concessions, and merchandise sales. Travel required
