The Student-Athlete Success Coach for assigned teams promotes academic success and retention of all student-athletes; monitors academic progress; helps identify and mentor at-risk student-athletes; meets with prospective student-athletes on recruiting visits and provides coaches with relevant NCAA initial eligibility information for prospective student-athletes; coordinates leadership/career planning as it relates to the Sycamore Leadership Academy. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited institution. Education: Two years of experience working in a college student services area.
