King University is accepting applications for the position of Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the men’s and women’s swimming programs.

Responsibilities: Supervise all activities related to the student athletes; provide professional mentoring to student-athletes; Recruit student/athletes that meet King University Admission guidelines to achieve roster goals and field a competitive team; Provide academic, personal, and professional mentoring to student-athletes; Comply with all NCAA rules and regulations;

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is required. Candidates should possess a thorough knowledge of swimming, a sophisticated understanding of coaching and training strategies, and a demonstrated ability to enhance student athlete development.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a student athlete at the collegiate level. Demonstrated ability and success in identifying and recruiting student athletes at a private, residential institution.
