Lindsey Wilson College, a private college in Columbia, Kentucky, is seeking Assistant Athletic Trainers to join the College's Sports Medicine department. This is a full-time, 11-month appointment with start-date to be determined. The Assistant Athletic Trainer duties will consist of but are not limited to, assisting the Head Athletic Trainer in managing the daily activities of the athletic training facility, treatment, and rehabilitation of student-athlete injuries, as well as practice and game coverage. Some travel is required with this position, as are nights and weekends. Lindsey Wilson College is a member of the Mid-South Conference and the NAIA. The college sponsors 36 varsity/junior varsity sports programs consisting of 750+ student-athletes. Sporting assignments will be decided upon successful hiring and personal preference will be taken into consideration. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and committed to the total development of the student-athlete as an integral part of a diverse campus community. The candidate must also demonstrate the ability and desire to work with high level athletes in a small school environment.
