BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of all activities related to a comprehensive NCAA Division II compliance program which enhances and supports the student's liberal arts education in support of the mission of the College. Additional responsibilities include the oversight, direction, and management of the academic support and student-athlete welfare. ACCOUNTABILITIES: Specific duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Manages a comprehensive compliance department, including but not limited to: Amateurism, Recruiting, Eligibility, Financial Aid, Awards & Benefits, and Playing and Practice Season. 2.
