Reporting to the Assistant AD-Ticket Sales, this position will serve as a ticket sales assistant in the ticket sales and services department. This position is primarily responsible for generating revenue through outbound ticket sales efforts, which include full season memberships, partial plans and group sales. In addition, this position will also assist in the game-day ticket operations and fulfilment duties for all sports. The Ticket Sales Assistant is also responsible for group and member stewardship on game day and provide an elite customer service experience for all fans.
