The Allen University department of intercollegiate athletics is seeking applicants for the position of head women’s soccer coach. The ideal candidate will provide leadership for the soccer program and assure that it complies with the overall objectives of the institution and the department. They will ensure the program adheres to all applicable NCAA, conference and institutional rules and regulations. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and directing all phases of a Division II soccer program including recruiting, scheduling, competing, academic progress, and community involvement. Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of the soccer staff in the planning, organizing and coaching of the Allen University soccer team; ensure compliance with the university, conferen
