The Graduate Assistant for the Upper Iowa University Cheer & Dance Teams reports directly to the Head Cheer & Dance Coach. The Graduate Assistant is responsible for assisting the Head Coach in the planning and execution of all aspects and facets of a successful dance & cheer program at the NCAA Division II level. The Upper Iowa Cheer & Dance Program consists of the co-ed and all female cheer team, mascot crew, and dance team.
