Primary responsibility for Ticket Sales, Service & Retention Associate will be generating revenue for Mizzou Athletics by proactively making outbound phone calls to prospective fans selling tickets to all 8 ticketed sports. Ticket packages include but not limited to full season, partial season, group tickets, and individual game tickets. The Ticket Sales, Service & Retention Associate should be self-motivated, demonstrate excellent customer service, professional phone etiquette, and the ability to build relationships with fans in their portfolio.
