Position Summary: The University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) is seeking qualified applicants for their Head Women’s Swimming Coach position. The Nanooks sponsor ten sports; NCAA Division I Men’s Ice Hockey, four men’s and women’s National Championship sports (non-divisional), and five men’s and women’s Division II sports. The Head Women’s Swimming Coach oversees and manages the NCAA, conference and institutional athletics compliance programs for all teams, departments, and other constituents of the University. Position is also responsible for creating and managing the development of a successful women’s swimming program including rules education for student-athletes and coaching staff.
