Hiram College is seeking applications for the position of Graduate Assistant Softball. Hiram College is a private liberal arts institution located in northeast Ohio. The College is a member of the North Coast Athletic Conference and NCAA Division III. The Graduate Assistant Softball position is a 10-month position which reports to the Head Softball Coach and Director of Athletics. The graduate assistant is responsible for: assisting with on-field coaching, specific working knowledge of pitching and catching, and with the organization and implementation of a successful recruiting and retention plan for the program, possibly supervising student coaches or managers, supporting the strength and conditioning program, representing the program in accordance with department/college
