The Head Men’s and Women’s Tennis Coach is primarily responsible for the successful initial development, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the men’s and women’s tennis programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, training and coaching the student-athletes, recruiting quality men’s and women’s tennis student-athletes that fit with Lawrence University, scheduling, budget management, and overall administration of varsity Division III tennis programs, in accordance with the NCAA, the Midwest Conference (MWC), and University rules and procedures.
