Position Summary: Manages all aspects of the baseball program. This position ensures compliance with all university, NCAA, state, federal and conference policies rules and regulations. Essential Functions: 1. Provides leadership, organization and supervision for all aspects of the baseball program. (35%) 2. Manages the baseball program within the parameters of the approved operating budget. (25%) 3. Supervises student-athletes during practices and games, observing and evaluating performance and demonstrating proper techniques. Monitors the academic performance of student-athletes in conjunction with the student life staff. Evaluates and recruits high-school student-athletes. (20%) 4. Assists with Tulane Athletics Fund fun
