Assistant Director of Ticket Services & Operations
The Assistant Director of Ticket Service & Operations will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and fan experiences for season ticket members and fans. This position will support sales, retention, and service by processing payments, relocation requests, transfers, address changes, ticketing issues and account management. This position will also assist the sales/retention and marketing teams with fulfillment of membership benefits and experiences.
