The Assistant Women's Golf Coach aids in the growth and development of the women's golf program and its student-athletes by assisting with the planning and direction of team activities. The primary duty of the Assistant Women's Golf Coach is instructing student-athletes in the skills and strategies unique to competition in the sport. Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large Assist with all phases of operations for the driving range facility Conduct/oversee student-athlete progress evaluation, individual workouts, and study hall Participate in the recruitment of student-athletes Assist the Director in the overall operations of the program
