Recruits prospective student-athletes, provides game-day coaching, and practice preparation, as well as operational duties within the Athletics department. The head coach is charged with several major duties in connection with his/her program, including the recruitment of prospective student-athletes, game-day coaching, and practice preparation, the maintenance of the program’s budget and the development and implementation of a strategic plan for Athletics. The head coach will serve as a critical leader in fostering a campus culture in which differences are embraced and work to advance the College’s mission of diversity and inclusion. The head coach must also monitor all facets, both athletically and academically related, that any participating student-athletes are involved in while
