This job involves both supervisory and coordinating work as a member of the Murray State Athletics Ticket Office to ensure the execution of both ticket operations and ticket sales. Primary Duties Provide excellent customer service all patrons both over the phone and in person. Lead and facilitate all aspects of the women’s basketball season and single game ticket sales campaign: including but not limited to outbound sales strategies, coordination of marketing efforts both internal and external, establishing and communicating with season ticket holders as needed.
