William & Mary (NCAA Division I), a member of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) conference, is seeking an outstanding individual to fill a vital role within the Volleyball program. This person will support the volleyball program’s mission to balance athletic success with academic excellence, acknowledging the critical role athletics plays in enhancing the academic experience. Expectations include: upholding the standards of the university and the Athletic Department; contributing to and collaborating with peers toward the growth and maintenance of the program’s culture, challenging and supporting each student-athlete to develop her leadership skills, maximize her athletic potential, and achieve her personal goals.
