This position will report directly to the Associate Athletic Director and will develop initiatives and programming to promote comprehensive student-athlete development, leadership, community service and wellness. Must understand and comply with NCAA, GLVC and UIS rules & regulations. Duties: Develop & implement a comprehensive 4-year program for student-athlete holistic development including academic success/advising, career planning & education, leadership development, financial literacy, etc. May include facilitation of academic advising & overall support for student-athletes progress toward degree.
