JOB DESCRIPTION Centre College invites qualified applicants for the full-time position of Assistant Swimming and Diving Coach / Recruiting Coordinator / Aquatics Director. Reporting to the Head Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving Coach, this position assists with various aspects of building nationally-competitive men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs, including but not limited to: identifying and recruiting successful student-athletes, skill development during practices and meets, monitoring student-athlete academic progress, building a positive and cohesive team culture, scouting, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, this position will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and scheduling of the newly constructed 50-meter aquatics center (to open f
