1. Operations - Work with Associate AD for Business Operations and Associate AD for External Affairs to determine Ticket Office Annual Budget. - Manage all aspects of the ticket office. - Determine staffing needs - Oversee all aspects of season and single game ticket sales. - Hire hourly and student worker staff and manage within department budget. - Supervise all ticket office staff for all athletic venue locations - Oversee ticket office software to ensure proper maintenance, upgrades, hardware and software issues are resolved and contractual obligations are fulfilled. - Work with ticket software vendor and WCU IT department to ensure software, hardware and network compatibility is functioning together to deliver best possible customer service. - Estimate and order ticket stock. - Gameda
