Provides assistance and support to the head men's and women's track and field coach with general operations, coaching and the recruitment of student-athletes. The selected candidate will share responsibilities with other coaching staff to ensure the academic and athletic success of student-athletes. The individual will assist in promoting S&T athletics as an integral part of the University. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following: recruiting, planning, coaching, and supervising practices, fundraising, scheduling travel, and overseeing equipment inventory.
