About the Role: Work collaboratively with the Director of Athletic Performance to provide St. Olaf Athletics with a high level athletic performance plan for an assigned number of our 26 varsity programs and 550 student athletes. We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable and passionate in Athletic Performance/Strength & Conditioning and will continue to enhance the profession and boost the overall athleticism and wellness of our student athletes. This position is looking to start immediately and work through May 2023 with June and July off. There is the possibility of an extension.
