UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Director of Performance Nutrition. Under the direction of the Director of Performance Nutrition, the selected candidate is engaged in the administration, organization, and supervision of a progressive sports nutrition department, and manages meal operations / catering that supports the dietary and hydration needs of 16 NCAA Division I sports and 450+ student-athletes within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations.
