The University of Louisville (Olympic) Sports Performance program has an opening for a Senior Performance Coach. This position works closely with the entire performance team, representing the front line of program, spending significant time on the training floor developing Cardinal student-athletes, and sustaining our championship culture. They effectively and professionally implement our training philosophy, protocols, and methodologies with 3-4 Cardinal teams, while also serving as a teacher and mentor within our mentorship program.
