A member of the President’s cabinet, the University of Jamestown Athletic Director is responsible for providing leadership and oversight for all intercollegiate athletic programs, staff, facilities, and activities. The Director provides leadership and sound decision-making with regard to all athletic department matters, including integrity in academics, recruitment and retention, fiscal affairs, personnel, strategic planning, facilities, fundraising and public relations support, and compliance. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of and appreciation for NAIA athletics and the role of athletics in the education and character development of student-athletes.
