Under the direction of the Executive Director of the W Club and Strategic Partnerships, the incumbent will be a member of the Career & Leadership (C&L) and W Club teams which provides programs and services for all current and former UW-Madison student-athletes. The incumbent will be responsible for sustaining existing relationships and cultivating new relationships with employers and alumni in order to secure internship, part time and full time employment placements for student-athletes. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for tracking and analyzing internship, part time and full time student-athlete employment placement data; and managing technology including the UW Athletics' Handshake, the Forward360 app, and Salesforce interfaces.
