JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Field Hockey Coach is one of the positions responsible for administering all of the year-round activities of the field hockey program. The assistant coach will be responsible for working alongside the Head Field Hockey Coach to facilitate the overall development, including interpersonally, academically and athletically, of every field hockey student-athlete. Additionally, this candidate, along with the Head Coach, will work with Sport Administrator to continually evaluate and effectively communicate the program's needs in the areas of academics, sports medicine, strength and conditioning, program marketing, department compliance, alumni relations, facility management, recruiting, and life skills.
