Position Description Designs, implements and manages an assigned program. Typical duties can include but are not limited to: Identify funding opportunities, conduct program assessments, prepare program reports, oversee and manage program marketing and communications, manage program databases, supervise program staff, plan research activities, coordinate program events, participate in strategic planning, manage program files, establish program standards and objectives, direct logistical activities to promote the success of programs, develop and implement project timelines and ensures deadlines are met, oversee program budget, ensure goals and objectives of grants are met, assists in proposal writing, comply and analyze program statistics.
Assist in the management of the overall and day-to-day database maintenance and administration for both Paciolan ticketing software and Salesforce CRM software. Provides ticket services with related database needs (i.e. email communication lists, mailing lists, established phone call campaigns, etc.), as necessary. Provides ticket sales related database needs (i.e. importing cold call lists, generating database marketing lists, create e-mail lists for marketing campaigns, etc), as necessary. Develops and maintains short & long term forecasting models.
Works with other members of the ticket services unit to come up with new ideas on how to utilize CRM to increase sales and service, score leads to help sellers prioritize their targets, and monitors CRM adoption.
Oversees data asset management, data governance, and performance measurements. This includes the maintenance of files, database, and reporting for Paciolan, SSB, and Salesforce CRM.
Build and manage dashboards to provide insight into historical, current, and projected performance.
Assist in attaining defined revenue goals for each sport, as set forth by the Athletic Department.
Assist in gameday ticket office operations as needed for Texas Tech athletic events.
Provide exceptional customer service to all constituents through various means of communication.
Other duties as assigned by the Associate Athletic Director for Ticket Services.
Complies with all NCAA, Big 12, and Texas Tech University rules, regulations, and policies.
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and four years of experience developing or managing programs or projects. Additional job related experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree. Minimum of two years working in collegiate/professional athletics. Previous experience working with Paciolan and CRM database. Salesforce preferred.
