The Orlando City Soccer School Seminole Goalkeeping Director is responsible for creating an elite training curriculum and competitive environment that strives to recruit and develop goal keepers from all parts of Orlando and surrounding areas. The GoalKeeping Director will strive to achieve the highest level of success by creating an environment with a culture of excellence, that provides a life enriching experience and seeks to develop a complete player on and off the field.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Develop and guide youth teams according to Orlando City Soccer School Seminole game model and playing philosophy.
Plan, organize and execute training sessions according to the Orlando City Soccer School Seminole training philosophy.
Develop individual training concepts for each player according to their individual strength and weaknesses.
Develop Orlando City Soccer School Seminole goal keeping development philosophy in cooperation with the Executive Director, the Technical Director and the Directors of Coaching.
Ensure the goals, strategy and measurable short-term and long-term performance targets for all aspects of the work. of the all team are aligned with the Orlando City Soccer School Seminole vision and coaching/playing philosophy.
Guide the goal keeping coaching staff.
Contribute positively to a competitive team culture and participate in team meetings and training sessions.
Coordinate internal coaching communications throughout the performance level.
Plan the Goalkeeping schedule in cooperation with the Technical Director, the Director of Coaching.
Actively support youth scouting to find and coach the best possible talents.
Become the contact person for all organizational and administrative tasks regarding all goal keeping coaching areas of the performance level.
Stay up to date on coaching licenses and badges.
Preferred USSF 'A or B' License.
At least 5 years of coaching experience in youth soccer and proven experience in managing a goalkeeping program.
Strong knowledge of soccer tactics, sport science and multidisciplinary development.
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
High ability to work with a team.
Expert knowledge to identify, develop and support soccer talent.
Set and maintain a high standard of work performance, delivering quality consistently and effectively.
Effective communication skills with an emphasis on clearly communicating the mission, vision of the Orlando City Soccer School Seminole program and club culture with players, families and community members.
Candidate should possess a professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external constituents.
Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks and able to be flexible and resourceful in response to changing priorities and needs.
Excellent facilitation skills, including the ability to manage and resolve tensions, disputes, and conflicts.
Detail oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, events, and holidays as required.
An expectation of growing a camp and residential program
This position will require talking, listening, standing, and physical activity for long periods of time.
