Position Summary This position will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of conducting the women's soccer program with a primary focus on goalkeeper development and as the recruiting coordinator. Primary tasks include but are not limited to coaching student-athlete development, recruiting, and assisting with goalkeeper practices team practices.
Must follow all NCAA, Southland Conference, and University of the Incarnate Word Athletics Department policies and procedures and will be expected to work cooperatively with all constituencies and campus units. This position is considered a “Responsible Employee” under University of the Incarnate Word's Sexual Misconduct Policy with reporting responsibilities as set out in the policy. As a Mandatory Reporter, this position requires you as the employee to promptly report any incident that you witness or receive information about violating Title IX. These reporting responsibilities are set out in the UIW Sexual Misconduct Policy.

Required Education Bachelor’s Degree.
Required Work Experience
Three or more years of experience coaching soccer at the NCAA D1/D2 level.
Working knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
US Soccer/United Soccer Coaches license.
GK Level 1+
Experience recruiting academically skilled students and talented athletes.
Experience with databases such as ARMS/ACS/Frontrush.
Experience with video editing software such as Hudl/Instat/I-movie.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to use a MAC computer.
Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations
Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable with UIW’s insurance carrier.
Work Hours 8 am-5 pm office hours; Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands Ability to lift/push equipment, tools, and/or materials weighing up to 25 pounds waist high.
