The Director of Ticket Sales and Service will be responsible for devising, implementing, and helping to manage the Mizzou Athletics plan for retention and new business as it pertains to annual fund memberships and ticket sales. This position will be responsible for forecasting and tracking retention and sales performance while overseeing the sales and service staff. Staff oversight requires daily monitoring, meetings, weekly projections, and monthly one-on-one meetings.
This position will require an in-depth understanding of the sales process and renewal cycle. Overseeing the sales & service staff requires a plan to renew football and basketball season ticket and annual membership revenue, while increasing new or incremental revenue for all ticketed sports through group ticket,
