The Department of Athletics invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track appointment as Head Coach – 12 Months within Collective Bargaining Unit 3. The head volleyball coach will supervise at least one assistant coach, will coordinate recruiting for the program, coordinate and create scheduling and budget for the program, and will assist the Athletic Director in athletic fund raising for the program. Essential duties and responsibilities include: recruitment of student-athletes who will represent the University and the Athletics program at the highest level, develop games strategy, coordinate scheduling, assist student-athletes in academic matters, scout opponents, meet fund raising goal, manage approved budget, and understand and work within all NCAA and CCAA rules and regulations.
Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree is required. Other minimum qualifications include: 2 - 3 years NCAA coaching experience at the four-year level. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and a valid driver's license for travel. Must pass defensive driving and DMV check.
