The Coordinator of Ticket Operations will be fully responsible for ticket operations for assigned sports. He/she will also provide ticketing support to other sports. He/she will also hire, train, evaluate, schedule, and process payroll for game day event workers. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing the set-up and functionality of digital ticketing for all sports, managing the set-up and functionality of ticket window monitors, and processing and fulfilling gift certificate requests. The Coordinator will be required to develop and assist with implementing new initiatives in order to increase ticket sales and other revenue streams.
