Provide assistance to the Director of Ticket Operations by developing ticketing campaigns within the Ticketmaster Archtics or Host ticketing system. Provide assistance with special event ticketing for on and off campus events and groups. Maintain the priority point system within Archtics for the Blue Raider Athletic Association; perform season ticket printing and mailing as necessary in addition to over the counter or phone renewals. Assist with supervision of student and temporary workers at events. Serve as the main ticket office contact of baseball events including: customer service, ticket resolution for students, staff and general public, staffing set up and oversight of ticket sellers, help maintain the database of donors and retiree ticket holders, reconcile and balance cash out rep
