The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the marketing, advertising, promotion, and distribution of marketing materials for assigned varsity sports for the Pitt Athletics Department. Responsibilities also include planning and executing event presentation activities such as writing game scripts and timelines, managing sponsor inventory, and supervising game day staff. This individual will also coordinate the design and printing of various marketing and advertising materials. These include but are not limited to posters, pocket schedules and direct mail postcards whose purpose is promoting Pitt’s 19 varsity sports and fan engagement events.
