Williams College is excited to announce an opening for an Assistant Coach in the Athletics Department. This is a full time, 10-month, term appointment with the possibility of renewal.

Assisting the head coach with:
Planning and execution of all practices, with duties specific to pitchers and catchers
Recruitment of student-athletes
Clinic organization and planning
Social media and alumni events
Liaison with equipment room
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree and collegiate playing or coaching experience required
1 + year collegiate baseball coaching preferred
Pitching and or catching background preferred
Knowledge of NESCAC and NCAA Division III policies is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competence
Valid driver’s license is required
This is a full time, academic year (10 month) renewable term position with typically mid-June to mid-August off. Salary $26,750.00. The position includes tuition-remission of graduate school, retirement benefits, health and dental insurance, and a full meal plan.
